The LB 60 profile system was designed to meet the rising demand for internally lighted, small height suspended light box commonly used in multilevel parking garages, public transportation stations , hospitals etc’.The conflict between building designers that keep updating specifications to meet the new sustainability and energy saving standards, and the clients that looks for cheaper products leads us to design a simple and affordable solution. The new 60mm wide, LB 60 profile system is our latest design of simple straight forward square slim light box .
We designed a simple symmetric single main body profile that can be used as a single or double sided , flat or curved faced light box. The LB 60 internal lightning elements are based on standard commonly used perimeter arrayed LED modules /strips /ribbons.
The LED channel is located at the center of the profile enabling using it as single or double sided unit with same amount of LED units. The 60mm width of the body profile enables the use of simple 3mm thick translucent acrylic faces without the need of the expensive thick engraved acrylic light guided panels .As a result , the sign units are much lighter and can be used in outdoor applications The LB 60 can be used as a miter corner flat faced light box , simple straight cut with flat side caps – flat or curved faced . Units can be in any desired length .
